用同一广东群体斑鳢(Channa maculate)和4个不同地理群体乌鳢(C.argus)杂交,建立4个杂交组合:广东斑鳢♀×山东乌鳢♂(SG)、广东斑鳢♀×浙江乌鳢♂(ZG)、广东斑鳢♀×江西乌鳢♂(JG)和广东斑鳢♀×湖南乌鳢♂(HG)。将它们的F1代鱼苗根据不同阶段,分别饲养在规格为6 m×2 m(长×宽)小水泥池和6 m×5.5 m(长×宽)大水泥池中,将它们的F1代鱼种通过荧光标记后混养在规格为3 m×3 m×1.4 m(长×宽×高)网箱中。对各组合F1代的生长性能和养殖效果进行比较,结果表明:广东斑鳢♀×山东乌鳢♂(SG)组合F1代的养殖效果最好,体重、体长增加量最大,分别为582.54 g和34.80 cm。且生长速度最快,平均起捕规格582.54 g和平均产量38.83(100 g/m2),均显著大于其余3个组合的F1代。
Four crosses were established between the same Guangdong Channa maculate and four different geographical populations of C. argus, including Guangdong 鳢 鳢 ♀ × Shandong 鳢 鳢 ♂ (SG), Guangdong 鳢 鳢 ♀ × Zhejiang 鳢 鳢 ♂ (ZG), Guangdong 鳢 鳢 ♀ × Jiangxi 鳢 鳢 ♂ (JG) and Guangdong 鳢 鳢 ♀ × Hunan 鳢 鳢 ♂ (HG). Their F1 generation fry were reared in small concrete tanks of 6 m × 2 m (length × width) and 6 m × 5.5 m (length × width) large concrete ponds according to different stages, and their F1 generation fish Species were fluorescently labeled and mixed in cages with a size of 3 m × 3 m × 1.4 m (L × W × H). The results showed that the F1 generation of Guangdong 斑 鳢 ♀ × Shandong 鳢 鳢 ♂ (SG) combination had the best breeding effect, the largest increase of body weight and body length were 582.54 g and 34.80 cm. And the fastest growth rate, the average starting catch size of 582.54 g and the average yield of 38.83 (100 g / m2), were significantly greater than the other three combinations of F1 generation.
