构建多元化法学人才培养目标体系,既是对法治进程中法律人才多样性需求的积极回应,也是对学科教育和人才成长基本规律的应有尊重。目前,我国法学人才培养目标存在定位不准确、趋同性太强等问题,需要从准确把握法学教育的多层次和多类型性、实质迈向职业和学术的有机结合、充分发挥地缘特色和学科优势等基本内涵下重构人才培养目标体系。
