机车质量控制及检修管理信息系统由数据采集子系统、日常信息管理子系统、检修过程管理子系统和综合分析处理子系统4部分组成。数据采集子系统采集车载、整车、部件检测数据,并对采集到的数据进行整理、过滤,按照统一的数据规范传送到指定数据库。日常信息管理子系统包括职工指纹信息、数据字典、机统—6、机统—28、机车走行公里、机车检修计划等功能模块。检修过程管理子系统包括用户管理、机车检修作业过程控制、大部件管理等功能模块。综合分析子系统包括机车电子档案、机车台帐信息、机车及部件质量管理分析、机车动态信息查询等功能模块。运用机车检测、检修、日常基础信息对机车及部件寿命、质量进行综合分析。利用检修作业过程中材料消耗信息,统计分析机车检修成本。系统经机务段实际使用,效果良好。
Locomotive quality control and maintenance management information system consists of data acquisition subsystem, routine information management subsystem, maintenance process management subsystem and comprehensive analysis and processing subsystem 4 parts. The data acquisition subsystem collects the testing data of the vehicle, the whole vehicle and the components, and organizes and collects the collected data, and filters the data to the designated database according to a unified data specification. Daily information management subsystem includes employee fingerprint information, data dictionary, machine system -6, system system -28, locomotive running km, locomotive maintenance plan and other functional modules. Maintenance process management subsystem includes user management, locomotive maintenance operation process control, large parts management and other functional modules. Comprehensive analysis subsystem includes locomotive electronic file, locomotive information, locomotive and parts quality management analysis, locomotive dynamic information query function modules. The use of locomotive testing, maintenance, daily basic information on the locomotive and parts life, quality of a comprehensive analysis. Using the material consumption information in the process of maintenance work, the cost of locomotive maintenance was statistically analyzed. The system is actually used by the locomotive depot, the effect is good.
