目的探讨平板探测器数字化X线摄影(DR)在尘肺病患者诊断中的应用价值。方法选取尘肺普查中87例曾接触矽尘者及4例无吸烟史的健康成年体检者为研究对象,均应用DR和高仟伏X线拍摄胸片。比较两种胸片质量、同距离辐射量、肺部解剖标志显示结果、尘肺病分期诊断结果。结果 DR胸片质量优良率为100.0%,明显高于高仟伏胸片的84.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两种技术辐射量均同摄片距离呈负相关,且DR技术同距离辐射量明显少于高仟伏X射线技术,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);DR胸片肺部解剖标志显示率明显高于高仟伏胸片,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在尘肺病临床诊断及预后评估中应用DR技术,能有效提高胸片质量,利于医师清晰直观地评估病情,降低早期误诊及漏诊风险。
Objective To investigate the value of digital radiography (DR) of flat panel detector in the diagnosis of pneumoconiosis patients. Methods Eighty-seven healthy adults who had been exposed to silica dust and 4 non-smoking healthy adult subjects were selected for the study. All patients underwent chest radiography with DR and X-ray. Compare the quality of the two chest radiographs, the same distance radiation, lung anatomical landmarks show results, pneumoconiosis staging diagnostic results. Results The excellent and good rate of DR chest radiography was 100.0%, which was significantly higher than 84.9% of the radiographic chest radiograph, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The radiotherapy dose of the two techniques was negatively correlated with the radiographic distance and DR (P <0.05). The rate of lung anatomical landmarks of DR chest radiographs was significantly higher than that of high-kV chest radiographs, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) P <0.05). Conclusions The application of DR technique in the clinical diagnosis and prognosis evaluation of pneumoconiosis can effectively improve the quality of chest radiograph and help physicians evaluate the condition clearly and intuitively and reduce the risk of early misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis.
