针对如何充分有效地利用井底的水力能量 ,既要能够提高水力能量的利用率 ,又要易于井下实现的问题 ,设计了一种新型的井下水力增压装置。利用井下环空流体对该装置分别进行了自增流量实验和射流瞬时动压力实验 ,并由此得出了实现最佳自增流量的开孔方案。实验结果表明 :射流瞬时冲击力可以达到无孔时的 2倍以上。
Aiming at how to make full and effective use of the hydraulic energy in the bottom of the well, a new type of downhole hydraulic booster is designed in order to raise the utilization rate of hydraulic energy and to make it easy to be realized downhole. The experiment of self-increasing flow and instantaneous dynamic pressure of the jet were carried out by using the downhole annulus fluid, and the drilling scheme to realize the optimal self-increasing flow was obtained. The experimental results show that the instantaneous impact force of jet can reach more than 2 times of non-porous.
