目的:通过研究苦荞茶对D-半乳糖所致衰老小鼠总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)和单胺氧化酶(MAO)的影响,探讨饮用苦荞茶是否能对D-半乳糖所致脂质过氧化损伤起到保护作用。方法:将60只小鼠按体重随机分为5组,每组12只,分别为正常对照组、模型对照组、苦荞茶低剂量组、苦荞茶中剂量组、苦荞茶高剂量组。实验期间空白组注射生理盐水(0.05 g/kg),其余组注射D-半乳糖(0.05 g/kg),空白对照组和模型对照组每日用凉白开水灌胃(5 g/kg),苦荞茶低、中和高剂量组分别按照苦荞茶2.5、5.0、10.0 g/kg的量进行灌胃。实验结束后测定各组T-AOC和MAO含量。结果:衰老模型组小鼠的肝和胃组织的T-AOC明显低于正常对照组和苦荞茶高、中剂量组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);衰老模型组小鼠肝组织和胃组织的MAO明显高于正常对照组和苦荞茶各剂量组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:苦荞茶可对D-半乳糖造成衰老小鼠的T-AOC的下降和MAO含量的升高有一定抑制作用,具有抗氧化功能。
Objective: To investigate the effect of buckwheat tea on the total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) and monoamine oxidase (MAO) in aging mice induced by D-galactose, Peroxidative damage plays a protective role. Methods: Sixty mice were randomly divided into five groups according to body weight, with 12 rats in each group. They were normal control group, model control group, low dose of buckwheat tea group, medium dose of buckwheat tea, high dose group of buckwheat tea . During the experiment, the blank group was injected with saline (0.05 g / kg), and the other groups were given D-galactose (0.05 g / kg). The blank control group and the model control group were treated with Liangbaishui (5 g / kg) Buckwheat tea low, medium and high dose groups were in accordance with the buckwheat tea 2.5,5.0,10.0 g / kg amount of gavage. After the experiment, the content of T-AOC and MAO in each group were determined. Results: The T-AOC in liver and stomach tissue of aging model mice was significantly lower than that of the normal control group and high and medium dose of tartary buckwheat tea (P <0.05) MAO in gastric tissue were significantly higher than those in normal control group and buckwheat tea group (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: Tartary buckwheat tea can inhibit the T-AOC and MAO content of senile mice induced by D-galactose and has anti-oxidative function.
