近几年,风电产业链所面临的不确定环境给产业链发展带来了诸多挑战。本文在国内外柔性研究成果的基础上,对风电产业链柔性研究内容进行了梳理,总结了风电产业链柔性的特点,对风电产业链柔性的层次结构进行了重点挖掘,构建了系统科学的风电产业链柔性层次体系,为风电产业链柔性发展提供了理论及体系参考。
