目的 :探讨Sturge Weber综合征 (Sturge WeberSyndrome ,SWS)滤过术后常见并发症及其原因、处理和预防方法。方法 :对我院 1 994年 5月～ 2 0 0 2年 7月收治的 1 1例 (1 3只眼 )Sturge Weber综合征患者 1 8次滤过术后早期并发症进行了回顾性分析。结果 :术后 50 %发生浅前房 ,其原因包括脉络膜脱离 ,滤过过强 ,伤口渗漏 ;同时还可发生前房出血 ,渗出性视网膜脱离等。结论 :Sturge Weber综合征滤过术后并发症较多 ,常见脉络膜脱离 ,与其先天发育异常有关 ,积极治疗有效 Objective: To investigate the common complications after Sturge Weber Syndrome (SWS) filtration and its causes, treatment and prevention methods. Methods: A retrospective analysis was performed on the early postoperative complications of 18 patients with Sturge Weber syndrome treated in our hospital from May 1994 to July 2002 in 11 patients (13 eyes). Results: Fifty percent of the patients had shallow anterior chamber after the operation. The causes included choroidal detachment, hyperfiltration, wound leakage, anterior chamber hemorrhage and exudative retinal detachment. Conclusion: Sturge-Weber syndrome has many complications after peritonitis, and is associated with congenital abnormalities of choroidal detachment. Active treatment is effective
