患者33岁,孕2产1。末次月经1995年3月2日,因妊娠40~(+6)周、第2胎、腹部阵痛10小时,于1995年12月15日入院。查体;T36.6℃,P92次/分,BP110/85mmHg,心肺听诊未见异常,肝脾未触及,宫高38cm,腹围108cm,宫缩间歇2～3分,持续30～40秒。先露头,已入盆,枕左前位,胎心160～180次/分,不规则,宫口已开全,可见胎头拨露。骨盆外测量:髂棘间径25cm,髂脊间径27cm,骶耻外径
The patient is 33 years old and has 2 pregnancies. The last menstrual period March 2, 1995, because of pregnancy 40 ~ (+6) weeks, the second child, abdominal pain for 10 hours, on December 15, 1995 admission. Examination; T36.6 ℃, P92 times / min, BP110 / 85mmHg, no abnormal cardiopulmonary auscultation, liver and spleen not touched, the palace 38cm high, abdominal circumference 108cm, contractions intermittent 2 to 3 minutes for 30 to 40 seconds. The first outcrop, has been into the basin, occipital left anterior, fetal heart rate 160 ~ 180 beats / min, irregular, cervix has been opened, visible fetal head revealed. Extra-pelvic measurement: 25 cm in diameter between the iliac spines, 27 cm in the iliac crest, and 50 cm in diameter
