采用“毛荣建”测量体育态度量表的问卷调查、数理统计等方法,以柳州师专非体育专业在校学生为研究对象,对当前柳州师专非体育专业在校学生的体育态度和行为特征进行调查分析。结果表明:大学生对体育锻炼的行为认知上有较正确的认识,对体育锻炼态度有丰富的情感体验,但在行为态度和目标态度上存在一些模糊,学生对养成体育锻炼的良好习惯不高,体育教师在教学中应加强引导和教育。
