目的比较重组人干扰素α-2b与炎琥宁注射液分别联合利巴韦林对手足口病患儿血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)水平的影响。方法将300例小儿手足口病患儿随机分为A组、B组及C组各100例。A组采用重组干扰素α-2b联合利巴韦林治疗。B组采用炎琥宁注射液联合利巴韦林进行治疗。C组单纯采用利巴韦林治疗。比较3组患者治疗前后血清hs-CRP、LDH水平。结果治疗前3组患者的血清hs-CRP、LDH水平比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后3组患者血清hs-CRP、LDH水平均低于治疗前,且A组和B组均低于C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后A组和B组比较血清hs-CRP、LDH水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b与炎琥宁注射液分别联合利巴韦林对小儿手足口病均能有效地降低血清hs-CRP、LDH水平,在疗效上优于单纯采用利巴韦林。
Objective To compare the effects of recombinant interferon α-2b and Yanhuning injection on the levels of serum hs-CRP and LDH in children with HFMD and ribavirin respectively. Methods 300 children with HFMD were randomly divided into A group, B group and C group of 100 cases. A group using recombinant interferon α-2b combined with ribavirin treatment. B group using Yan Hu Ning injection combined with ribavirin for treatment. Group C was treated with ribavirin alone. The levels of hs-CRP and LDH in the three groups before and after treatment were compared. Results There was no significant difference in serum hs-CRP and LDH levels between the three groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the levels of hs-CRP and LDH in three groups of patients were lower than those before treatment, and the levels of serum hs-CRP and LDH in group A and group B were lower than those in group C (all P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum hs-CRP and LDH levels between groups A and B after treatment (P> 0.05). Conclusions Recombinant human interferon α-2b and Yan-hu-ning injection combined with ribavirin respectively can effectively reduce serum hs-CRP and LDH levels in children with HFMD, which is superior to ribavirin alone.
