传统的模拟量协调方法由于其尺寸传递环节多、路线长,产品的制造准确度较低,难以满足新型飞机的高精度要求;而采用先进的数字化装配协调技术在我国航空制造业的应用还不是非常成熟。在大飞机的研制中采用何种协调方法也一直是讨论的热点,本文从多个角度对两种协调方法进行了对比分析,希望对协调方法的选用能够有一定的参考价值。
The traditional method of analog quantity coordination is difficult to meet the high-precision requirements of new aircraft because of its large size transmission links, long route and low manufacturing accuracy of products. However, the application of advanced digital assembly coordination technology in China’s aviation manufacturing industry is not yet Very mature. The coordination method adopted in the development of large aircraft has also been a hot topic for discussion. This paper compares and contrasts the two methods of coordination from multiple perspectives, and hopes to have a certain reference value for the selection of coordination methods.
