山西民风民俗历史悠久,内容丰富,其中尤以面食文化最为突出,极具地方特色。受到地理地貌、气候条件、历史环境等因素的影响,使得面食成为山西当地民众的主要食物,其种类丰富,从制作手法到食用方式都各不相同。与此同时,这些面食已不再是仅仅作为充饥的食物,而是融合了民众的心理祈盼和美好愿望,蕴含着深厚的文化内涵。对于研究当地风土人情和历史文化都有极高的价值,是区域饮食文化的代表之一。山西地区地理环境特征明显,民风民俗也具有地方区 Shanxi folk customs have a long history and rich content, especially the most prominent pasta culture, very local characteristics.
