水电建设施工是一个高投资,高风险的行业,在当前建筑市场竞争激烈,各施工企业普遍实行低价中标,利润空间进一步缩小的大背景下,企业只有不断加强成本管理,尽量减少支出,才能有效的提高企业的市场竞争能力。所以,水电建设项目强化责任成本管理,实施低成本战略是当务之急。本文分析了水电建设项目在推行责任成本管理中存在的几个主要问题,并提出了解决问题的个人看法,希望能对水电建设单位加强成本管理,提高经济效益有所帮助。
Hydropower construction is a high-investment, high-risk industry. Under the background of fierce competition in the current construction market, low bid in various construction enterprises and a further reduction in profit margin, enterprises should only continue to strengthen cost management and minimize expenditure in order to reduce energy consumption. Effectively improve the market competitiveness of enterprises. Therefore, hydropower construction projects to strengthen the responsibility cost management, the implementation of low-cost strategy is a top priority. This paper analyzes several major problems in the implementation of responsibility cost management of hydropower construction projects, and puts forward personal views on how to solve the problems. It is hoped that it will be helpful for hydropower construction units to strengthen cost management and increase economic benefits.
