以包头高碱度烧结矿和太钢高碱度烧结矿冶炼试验为依据,从六个方面作了对比分析。两种烧结矿的根本区别在于包头矿中含有较多的钾、钠、氟。由于碱金属和氟的循环富集,促使高炉下部的压差增大,软熔带上移。从两种矿石的碱负荷差异,计算出高炉碱负荷每增加1%,产量平均降低2.5%,焦比升高0.8%。为了改善冶炼包头矿的技术经济指标,防止结瘤,必须降低碱负荷和矿石的含氟量,同时还要在操作中采取排碱措施,保持炉况顺行。
Based on the tests of Baotou high alkalinity sinter and Taigang high basicity sinter, comparative analysis was made from six aspects. The fundamental difference between the two sinters is that Baotou mine contains more potassium, sodium and fluorine. Due to the cycle of enrichment of alkali metals and fluorine, the pressure drop in the lower part of the blast furnace is increased, and the refractory belt is moved upward. Based on the differences in alkali load between the two ores, it is calculated that for every 1% increase in blast furnace alkali load, the average yield decreases by 2.5% and the coke ratio increases by 0.8%. In order to improve the technical and economic indexes of smelting Baotou mine and prevent the nodulation, it is necessary to reduce the alkali load and the fluorine content of the ore. At the same time, we should also take the alkali discharge measures in operation to keep the furnace running smoothly.
