目的:对仓储害螨优势种腐食酪螨(Tyrophagusputrescentiae)的种群数量消长情况及其在仓储小麦中的空间分布型进行研究。方法:每月5、15、25号定点采集螨样本,并进行腐食酪螨的鉴定及计数。采用扩散指标、Taylor幂法则及Iwaom*-x回归分析法对数据进行分析。结果:腐食酪螨种群数量高峰期出现在6月下旬和9月中旬,各扩散型指标值为I>0,CA>0,m*/x>1;Taylor幂法则回归方程为:lgS2=0.1245+1.4220lgx;Iwaom*-x的回归式为:m*=3.5036+1.0478x。结论:腐食酪螨在仓储小麦中种群消长曲线呈双峰型,其空间格局是以个体群为基本成份呈聚集分布,且密度越高,聚集度越大。
OBJECTIVE: To study the growth and decline of the population of Tyrophagusputrescentiae, a dominant species of storage pest mites, and its spatial distribution in storage wheat. Methods: Mite samples were collected every 5, 15 and 25 days, and the identification and counting of rotten mites were done. The data were analyzed using diffusion index, Taylor’s power law and Iwaom * -x regression analysis. Results: At the peak of the number of rotted mites population occurred in late June and mid-September, each diffusion index value was I> 0, CA> 0, m * / x> 1; Taylor power law regression equation was: lgS2 = 0.1245 + 1.4220lgx; The regression formula for Iwaom * -x is: m * = 3.5036 + 1.0478x. CONCLUSION: The population growth curve of Acaricides typhi in broom wheat is bimodal, and the spatial distribution is based on the aggregation of individual groups as the basic components. The higher the density, the greater the degree of aggregation.
