1986年5～8月,我们对广西华年制剂厂生产的灭幼脲3号-10%虫敌胶悬剂进行药效试验。对象害虫是菜青虫、荔蝽若虫、柚木野螟、马尾松毛虫、家蝇、致乏库蚊等6种。试验在室内和田间(林间)小区进行。(一)菜青虫、荔蝽若虫和柚木野螟室内采用正交设计,田间(林间)小区采用随机区组设计。结果如下: 1.菜青虫(1)室内:药后24小时,已有中毒表现。药后3日内,死亡率可达50～80%;药后5日内,死亡率达90%以上,尤以600倍液对
From May to August 1986, we carried out the efficacy test of the chlorbenzuron No. 3 -10% insecticidal glue suspension produced by Guangxi Huaxian Pharmaceutical Factory. The target pests are cabbage caterpillars, rip bugs nymphs, teak wood borers, Dendrolimus punctatus, house flies, Culex pipiens 6 kinds. The experiment was conducted indoors and in the field (forest) district. (A) Pieris rapae, rip bugs nymphs and teak wood borer indoor orthogonal design, field (forest) plot randomized block design.
