超声造影时间-强度曲线在肺周围性病变及胸腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值

目的:探讨超声造影时间-强度曲线在肺周围性病变及胸腺肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:对52例肺周围性病变及胸腺肿瘤患者52个病灶(良性组22例,恶性组30例)术前进行常规超声和超声造影检查,实时观察肿瘤超声造影的特征,应用SonoLiver分析软件进行分析处理得到肿瘤超声造影时间-强度曲线(TIC),获取造影剂到达病灶时间(AT)、上升时间(RT)、达峰时间(TTP)、峰值强度(IMAX)、上升支斜率(RS)、下降支斜率(DS)进行定量分析。结果:良恶性肿瘤的血流灌注特点不同,时间-强度曲线参数中RT、IMAX、RS、DS良恶性间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),AT、TTP差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:超声造影时间-强度曲线在肺周围性病变及胸腺良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective: To investigate the value of time-intensity curve of contrast-enhanced ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral lung lesions and thymic tumors. Methods: Fifty-two patients with peripheral lung lesions and 52 patients with thymoma were enrolled in this study. Twenty-two lesions (22 in benign group and 30 in malignant group) were examined by conventional sonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasound before operation. SonoLiver analysis software The time to intensity curve (TIC), the arrival time of the contrast medium (AT), the time of arrival (TTP), the peak time (TMAX), the rising branch slope (RS) Descending slope (DS) for quantitative analysis. Results: The perfusion characteristics of benign and malignant tumors were different. There were significant differences in RT, IMAX, RS, DS between time and intensity curve parameters (P <0.05), but there was no significant difference between AT and TTP (P> 0.05). Conclusion: The time-intensity curve of CEUS has some clinical value in the differential diagnosis of peripheral lung lesions and benign and malignant thymoma.
