提出了一种基于神经网络的加工误差控制方法,引入神经网络对加工系统的逆模型进行辩识,运用该模型前置校正加工系统以改善加工精度。该方法在中凸变椭圆活塞裙面加工中的成功应用,证明了其合理性及先进性。
A method of machining error control based on neural network is proposed. The neural network is introduced to identify the inverse model of the machining system. The system is calibrated to improve the machining accuracy. The successful application of this method in the crowning ellipse piston skirt surface proves its rationality and advancement.
