漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱法同时分析土壤中SO42-和NO3-的含量

采用漫反射傅里叶变换红外光谱(DRIFTS)法同时定量分析了土壤中硫酸根和硝酸根的含量。硫酸根分析选择600cm~(-1)处的特征吸收峰作为定量分析峰,吸光度评估方法为峰面积;硝酸根分析选择1385cm~(-1)处的特征吸收峰作为定量分析峰,吸光度评估方法为单波数。相关系数分别是0.9693和0.9874。以KBr为背景,分辨率8.0,扫描30次。用该方法测定了5个土壤样品,与离子色谱法得到的结果基本一致。 Simultaneous quantitative analysis of sulfate and nitrate in soil was conducted by using diffuse reflectance Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (DRIFTS). The characteristic absorption peak at 600cm -1 was selected as the quantitative analysis peak by sulfate analysis. The peak area was determined by absorbance evaluation. The characteristic absorption peak at 1385cm -1 was selected as the quantitative analysis peak by nitrate analysis. For single wave number. The correlation coefficients are 0.9693 and 0.9874, respectively. KBr background, resolution 8.0, scanning 30 times. Five soil samples were determined by this method, which were basically the same as those obtained by ion chromatography.
