以质量比为1∶9∶20的硝酸铈铵、高岭土和SnCl4.5H2O制备了固体超强酸催化剂SO42-/SnO2-CeO2-高岭土,制备条件为促进剂H2SO4浓度2.0mol/L,浸渍12h,350℃焙烧3h,并采用Hammett指示剂法和XRD对其进行了酸强度和表面性能表征。该催化剂用于乳酸与正丁醇的酯化反应合成乳酸丁酯,结果表明,适宜反应条件为醇酸物质的量比1.8∶1、催化剂用量为反应物总质量的3.0%、甲苯10mL,反应时间3.0h,酯收率93.8%。催化剂重复使用4次酯收率仍可达80.8%。
The solid superacid SO42- / SnO2-CeO2-kaolin was prepared with cerium ammonium nitrate, kaolin and SnCl4.5H2O in mass ratio of 1: 9:20. The preparation conditions were as follows: H2SO4 concentration 2.0mol / L, impregnation 12h 350 ℃ for 3 h, and characterized by acid strength and surface properties by Hammett indicator method and XRD. The catalyst was used in the esterification of lactic acid and n-butanol to synthesize butyl lactate. The results showed that the suitable reaction conditions were as follows: the molar ratio of alkyd to acid was 1.8:1, the amount of catalyst was 3.0% of the total mass of reactants, toluene 10mL, Time 3.0h, ester yield 93.8%. Reuse of the catalyst 4 times the ester yield can still reach 80.8%.
