对目前国际钢铁业最大的节能减排项目ULCOS项目中突破型炼铁技术:HIsarna熔融还原工艺和ULCOWIN铁矿电解的研发情况进行了介绍,并对项目中CO2减排技术进行了简要说明和适当评述。指出了ULCOS突破型炼铁技术的开发对今后炼铁技术发展的指导作用,为钢铁厂、特别是长流程钢铁厂结合自身定位和发展,规划开发低碳炼铁技术路线提供了参考。
Introducing the breakthrough iron making technology: HIsarna smelting reduction process and ULCOWIN iron ore electrolysis in the ULCOS project, which is the largest energy saving and emission reduction project in the international steel industry, and briefly describes the CO2 emission reduction technology in the project and the appropriate Comment. It is pointed out that the development of ULCOS breakthrough ironmaking technology will guide the future development of ironmaking technology and provide a reference for the steel mills, especially long-run steel mills, to combine their own position and development with planning and development of low carbon smelting technology routes.
