目的:建立测定佩尔地平注射液中盐酸尼卡地平含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法;结果:盐酸尼卡地平在0～50μg/ml浓度范围内线性良好,r=0.99999;五批佩尔地平注射液含量为94.84%～102.90%。结论:方法简单、准确、灵敏,可用于佩尔地平注射液生产和储存过程的质量控制及药代动力学研究
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of nicardipine hydrochloride in Perdipine injection. Methods: The HPLC method was used. Results: Nicardipine hydrochloride had a good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 50μg / ml, r = 0.99999. The contents of five tablets of Perdipine were 94.84% -102.90%. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and sensitive and can be used to study the quality control and pharmacokinetics of Perindopin injection during its production and storage
