国内已投运的2座核电站主变出线接头,因设计制造等缺陷,造成主变出线接头运行时温度超高,发生故障。针对其缺陷,依据现行国家标准新设计制造的一体螺旋抱杆式铜设备线夹,经运行考核,性能满足核电站主变接头的要求。建议对今后引进的核电机组的配套设备及附件进行热循环试验,以检验其可靠性,预防同类故障的再发生。
China has put into operation the two main power station nuclear outlet connector, due to design and manufacturing defects, resulting in the main transformer outlet connector operating temperature ultra-high, the failure occurred. For its defects, based on the current national standards for the design and manufacture of new integrated spiral pole copper device clamp, the operation assessment, the performance to meet the main transformer substation requirements. It is suggested that thermal cycling tests be conducted on the equipment and accessories of nuclear power units to be introduced in the future so as to test the reliability and prevent the recurrence of similar faults.
