为了探讨异种移植排斥反应与细胞因子的关系,检测猪-人混合淋巴细胞培养(MLC)中人类淋巴细胞的增殖反应及细胞因子含量,并与人类同种异体MLC进行比较。结果显示,前者增殖反应相当于或超过后者。两种MLC上清液中白细胞介素2和γ-干扰素的动态变化接近,且前者白细胞介素4的高峰值超过后者(P<0.05)。提示细胞因子在猪-人MLC中可能起着一定的作用。
To investigate the relationship between xenograft rejection and cytokines, the proliferative response and cytokine levels of human lymphocytes in porcine-human mixed lymphocyte culture (MLC) were detected and compared with human allogeneic MLC. The results show that the former proliferative response equivalent to or more than the latter. The dynamic changes of IL-2 and IFN-γ in the two MLC supernatants were close, and the peak value of interleukin-4 in the former was higher than the latter (P <0.05). Suggesting that cytokines may play a role in porcine-human MLC.
