At present, FRP is a widely used building material. Compared with traditional building materials, it has a series of unique properties. For example, its specific gravity is only 1.4-2.0, which is only 1/4-1/6 of that of ordinary steel, about 1/3 lighter than light metal aluminum, and the mechanical strength can reach or exceed the level of ordinary steel.
