目的:探讨研究三级医院超声检查患者服务流程的合理性。方法:通过排队论理论及方法,对我院(三级医院)的超声检查服务时间和患者到达时间进行调查测量,并依此来计算服务强度。结果:我院超声检查上午的服务强度>110%,下午服务强度在75%-83%之间,存在一定的服务流程不合理问题。结论:三级医院超声检查患者服务流程目前尚有一些不合理之处,未来需进一步转变工作理念及转换工作模式,提高服务流程的合理性。
Objective: To study the rationality of studying service flow in patients undergoing echocardiography in tertiary hospitals. Methods: Through queuing theory and method, the service time and patient arrival time of our hospital (level 3 hospital) were surveyed and measured, and service intensity was calculated accordingly. Results: In our hospital, the service intensity of ultrasound in the morning was> 110% and the intensity of afternoon service was between 75% and 83%. There was a certain problem of unreasonable service flow. Conclusion: At present, there are some unreasonableities in the service flow of patients undergoing ultrasonography in tertiary hospitals. In the future, it is necessary to further change the concept of work and the mode of transformation and improve the rationality of service procedures.
