本文测定了真空熔炼33Si2MnCrMoV 钢的强度、韧性和应力腐蚀延迟断裂性能。试验结果表明,真空熔炼显著提高钢的纯净度,从而提高钢的韧性和抗应力腐蚀性能。在抗张强度为185kgf/mm~2时,真空熔炼钢的平面应变断裂韧度达292kgf/mm~(3/2),应力腐蚀界限强度因子为77.7kgf/mm~(3/2)。抗张强度降低11kgf/mm~2,K_(ISCC)值升高44.5kgf/mm~(3/2)。在相等抗张强度条件下与电渣重熔钢相比,真空熔炼钢的 K_(IC)值提高15%,K_(ISCC)提高36%;应力腐蚀亚临界裂纹扩展速率降低60%。
In this paper, the strength, toughness and delayed stress-corrosion rupture properties of 33Si2MnCrMoV steel were measured. The test results show that vacuum melting significantly improves the purity of steel, thereby enhancing the toughness and stress corrosion resistance of steel. When the tensile strength is 185kgf / mm ~ 2, the plane strain fracture toughness of the vacuum melting steel reaches 292kgf / mm ~ (3/2) and the stress corrosion limiting strength factor is 77.7kgf / mm ~ (3/2). The tensile strength decreased by 11kgf / mm ~ 2 and the value of K_ (ISCC) increased by 44.5kgf / mm ~ (3/2). Under the condition of equal tensile strength, the K IC value of vacuum melting steel increases by 15% and K_ (ISCC) increases by 36% compared with electroslag remelted steel, and the stress corrosion subcritical crack growth rate decreases by 60%.
