为了满足民航旅客日益增长的需求,保障安全运输,航空公司的机型指派既要满足飞机周期性检修的要求,又要提供符合旅客需求量的机型。在基本机型指派模型的基础上引入随机变量,建立随机机会约束的航班机型指派的优化模型,进而提出了由航班计划建立符合检修周期要求的算法。根据算例数据,采用随机模拟及混合智能算法对机型指派优化问题模型进行了求解。结果表明,随机机会约束模型符合实际运营情况,并提供了兼顾效率和安全性的优化方法。
In order to meet the growing demand of civil aviation passengers and ensure the safe transportation, the aircraft model assignment must not only meet the requirements of cyclical maintenance but also provide models that meet the demand of passengers. Based on the basic model assignment model, a random variable is introduced to establish a flight model assignment model with random chance constraints. Then an algorithm that meets the requirements of maintenance cycle by flight planning is proposed. According to the example data, the stochastic simulation and hybrid intelligent algorithm are used to solve the model assignment optimization problem. The results show that the stochastic chance constrained model is in line with the actual operation and provides an optimization method that balances efficiency with safety.
