TSH受体抗体(TRAb)刺激甲状腺引起Graves病人的甲状腺功能亢进,在抗甲状腺药物治疗过程中,TRAb的变化是决定病程演变的重要因素。在此期间,增高的TSH通过刺激甲状腺产生并释放抗原物质,可导致TRAb持续产生。本文研究在经他巴唑治疗后甲状腺素分泌正常时,外源甲状腺激素抑制TSH分泌对TRAb水平的影响。 对象与方法:1.对象:全部Graves病人均系我院内分泌专科门诊经临床、功能检查及治疗确诊者,服药(他巴唑30mg/d,心得安30mg/d)前及

During this period, elevated TSH can produce sustained TRAb by stimulating the production of thyroid glands and release of antigenic substances.
