中国兵工学会情报和防腐包装专业委员会联合举办的金属表面硅烷化预处理学术报告会于1998年6月11日至12日在北京北方车辆制造厂召开.参加学术报告会的是来自兵器工业系统内外的代表,他们是汽车、摩托车企业、高等学校和北方车辆厂从事表面工程研究的领导、专家和工程技术人员.共计70多人.中国兵器工业总公司科技局副局长赵鹏,中国兵工学会副秘书长许毅达,中国兵器工业总公司科技委原主任杨荫桐,委员葛文达.中国兵工学会理事、北方信息研究所副所长刘景利,中国兵工学会防腐包装专业委员会主任,中国兵器工业第五九研究所副所长喻奇,北方车辆制造厂总工程师曹玉成等出席了报告会.报告会由北方信息研究所副总、情报专业委员会副主任王树魁主持,由美国辛辛那提大学材料科学和工程系威姆(W,J,VanOoij)教授作学术报告,其题目是“硅烷预处理技术的新进展”.主要讲技术简介、研究目的、硅烷化学、新进展与实验分析、硅烷技术应用实例、总结与展望六个大部分.其重点是:硅烷偶联剂一项重要应用是对金属表面防腐预处理功能,可在涂漆或不涂漆情况下防止几种腐蚀的发生、在这项工艺中我们使用 BTSE(无有机官能团)等硅烷获得了较好的防腐效果,由于BTSE酸性较强,它可与金属氧化物上的羟基更快更稳定地成键.另外我们
