对1995年3月～7月间来我院儿童保健门诊健康体检的1～7岁儿童，随机抽取500名，从中筛查出109例单纯性肥胖儿童，发生率为21.8％。同时还对109例肥胖儿童的肥胖因素及心理行为特点作了调查和分析，并且提出了科学指导方法。
A random sample of 500 children aged 1 to 7 years from March 1995 to July in our health clinic of child health clinic screened out 109 simple obesity children with a rate of 21.8%. At the same time, we also investigated and analyzed the obesity and psychological behavior of 109 obese children and proposed the scientific guidance method.
