患儿女,4个月。其母麻疹史及麻疹疫苗免疫史不详。患儿因咳嗽5天,发热2天而入院。查体:患儿急性面容,一般情况良好,眼结膜充血,流泪怕光,扁桃体充血,两颊粘膜有明显的费-科氏斑,心、肺、肝、脾无异征,全身症状轻微,体温波动在36.5～38.5℃之间。入院后除加强一般护理外,未给予其它特殊治疗。在院观察3天、费-科氏斑消退,体温正常,未见皮疹出现,一般情况好转出院,整个病程8天。本例婴儿麻疹无皮疹出现,可能为婴儿尚保留
