电动车桥二级减速器箱体将其内部轴承、齿轮、差速器等零部件根据设计位置整合成一个整体,并通过传动协调实现运作,由此可见电动车桥二级减速器的箱体加工质量不单单影响了其自身的装配精度,同时还会对机械整体的运作性能以及使用寿命起着决定性的影响。二级减速器箱体通常是由左箱体与右箱体所构成,本文就分别对箱体左右两部分的加工工艺展开探讨,旨在明确二级减速器的加工工艺,提升加工质量。
