在水溶液中以V50为引发剂,以丙烯酰胺、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为单体,合成一种分子构型为网状的阳离子高分子絮凝剂。通过考察不同因素对聚合反应的影响得出最佳合成条件:单体质量分数为20%,单体n(丙烯酰胺)∶n(甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵)为8.5∶1.5,引发剂V50质量为单体质量的1.5‰,水玻璃质量为单体质量的1.5%。将该阳离子絮凝剂与分子质量和阳离子度相当的普通阳离子絮凝剂进行对比发现,自制絮凝剂的处理效率更高。将自制的絮凝剂用于油田压裂返排液对比实验,结果表明,与市场上分子质量和阳离子度均要高的普通阳离子絮凝剂相比,自制产品CODGr的能力更强。
In the aqueous solution with V50 as initiator, acrylamide, methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride as monomer, a molecular configuration of the network of cationic polymer flocculant. The optimum synthesis conditions were obtained by investigating the influence of different factors on the polymerization reaction: the monomer was 20%, the monomer n (acrylamide): n (methacryloyloxyethyltrimethylammonium chloride) was 8.5 : 1.5, the initiator V50 mass is 1.5 ‰ of the monomer mass, and the water glass mass is 1.5 mass% of the monomer mass. The comparison of the cationic flocculant with ordinary cationic flocculant with comparable molecular mass and cationic degree shows that the self-made flocculant is more efficient. The self-made flocculant was used in the comparative experiments of oilfield fracturing and backwashing. The results showed that CODGr of self-made products is more capable than that of common cationic flocculants with higher molecular weight and cationic degree in the market.
