以“西州密25号”哈密瓜为试材,采取苗期干旱胁迫处理,测定了与抗旱性有关的游离脯氨酸、甜菜碱、可溶性糖、叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)含量及酶活性的变化。结果表明:“西州密25号”哈密瓜苗期经干旱胁迫后,初期脯氨酸含量变化不大,从第5天开始脯氨酸含量迅速增加,明显高于对照;甜菜碱含量变化幅度不大,但经干旱胁迫处理后的甜菜碱含量始终略高于对照;可溶性糖含量增加,略高于对照,但在胁迫后期,其含量迅速下降;MDA含量随着干旱胁迫时间的延长,其含量增加;初期叶绿素a、胡萝卜素的含量减少,而叶绿素b含量增加,后期三者变化不明显,但都略高于对照;POD、SOD活性大致均呈先降后升的趋势,且在干旱胁迫处理5d后略高于对照。
