目的 探讨血管紧张素 转化酶 (ACE)基因多态性对反映肾脏功能状态的尿特定蛋白的影响。方法 应用 PCR方法测定 2型糖尿病患者 77例 ,根据基因型分三组 ,DD基因型组 2 6例 ,ID基因型组 30例 , 基因型组 2 1例 ,比较各组的血压、血脂、糖基化血红蛋白 (Hb A1C)、尿特定蛋白 (尿白蛋白 Alb、转铁蛋白 TRF、免疫球蛋白 GIg G、α1 球蛋白α1 MG)及尿白蛋白肌酐比值 (ACR)、尿转铁蛋白肌酐比值 (TCR)的变化。结果 排除其它因素影响后 ,具有 D等位基因的组别 ACR、TCR、Ig G、α1 MG较具有 I等位基因的组别高。结论 提示 ACE基因多态性与糖尿病肾病 (DN)有关
Objective To investigate the effect of angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) gene polymorphism on urine specific proteins that reflect renal functional status. Methods 77 cases of type 2 diabetes mellitus were detected by PCR. According to genotypes, there were 26 cases in DD genotype group, 30 cases in ID genotype group and 21 cases in genotype group. Blood pressure, lipids, (Hb A1C), urine specific protein (urinary albumin Alb, transferrin TRF, immunoglobulin GIg G, α1 globulin α1 MG) and urinary albumin creatinine ratio (ACR), urine transferrin creatinine ratio (TCR) changes. Results Excluding other factors, the group with D allele had higher ACR, TCR, Ig G, α1 MG than those with I allele. Conclusions suggest that ACE gene polymorphism and diabetic nephropathy (DN)
