[目的]通过对中学生意外伤害模式及其健康相关行为情况的调查研究,为政府和相关部门制定保护青少年健康的决策方案,提供科学的理论依据。[方法]以整群抽样的方法抽取部分中学校,应用《中国城市青少年健康相关行为调查问卷》进入教室进行问卷式调查,所有数据输入EpiData数据库,应用SPSS软件进行统计分析。[结果]学生伤害情况相当严重,其中居伤害原因发生率前列的依次为跌倒受伤:32.24%;物体砸伤:18.78%;打架受伤:9.08%;交通事故:4.86%;中学生骑自行车违规现象相当普遍(49%),非安全场所游泳发生率较高(14.3%),不良情绪、学习压力高、心理问题的发生率较高,尤其是有17.75%的学生有自杀倾向,6.42%的学生有自杀计划。[结论]昆山市中学生伤害情况相当严重,健康行为不够,心理素质不高,生存环境不良,以上数据对我们社会、教育部门、家长提出新的要求:为了下一代健康成长,必须树立健康第一理念,及时制定保护青少年健康的决策及方案。 [Objective] To provide a scientific theoretical basis for the government and relevant departments to formulate decision-making plans for protecting the health of adolescents by investigating the patterns of accidental injuries among middle school students and their health-related behaviors. [Methods] Some middle schools were sampled by cluster sampling method. Questionnaire investigation was conducted using the Questionnaire on Health-Related Behavior of Adolescents in Chinese Cities. All the data were entered into the EpiData database and analyzed by SPSS software. [Results] The students’ injuries were quite serious. Among them, the incidence of injury was the highest in the forefront: 32.24%; injuries to objects: 18.78%; fighting injuries: 9.08%; traffic accidents: 4.86% (49%), non-safety swimming (14.3%), bad mood, high learning pressure and high incidence of psychological problems, in particular, 17.75% of students have suicidal tendency, 6.42% of students have Suicide plan. [Conclusion] The middle school students in Kunshan have serious injuries, inadequate health behaviors, low mental quality and poor living environment. These data have put forward new requirements for our society, education departments and parents: for the healthy growth of the next generation, we must establish the health first Concept, make timely decisions to protect the health of adolescents and programs.
