GDxVCC能够客观精确地测量视神经纤维层厚度,通过分析GDxVCC在原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)早期诊断中的特异性、敏感性,与视野的对应关系及重复性,来评价GDxVCC在POAG早期诊断的应用价值。在POAG的早期诊断中GDxVCC具有较高的特异性、敏感性,其中特异性、敏感性最高的指标是神经纤维指数,GDxVCC与视野的对应性关系不确切有待进一步研究,GDxVCC本身具有较好的重复性。
GDxVCC can objectively and accurately measure the thickness of the optic nerve fiber layer. The specificity and sensitivity of GDxVCC in early diagnosis of open-angle open-cell glaucoma (POAG) and the corresponding relationship with visual field and repeatability were evaluated to evaluate the effect of GDxVCC on the early stage of POAG Diagnostic value of the application.
