文章采用文献资料法、比较分析法、访谈法、实验法和数理统计法等研究方法对“SE”模式进行了深入的阐述,并以警察体能课为例就SE模式运用于警察体育课程教育进行了实验论证。结果认为:SE模式对学生体能成绩的提高明显高于警察体育传统的教学模式;SE模式对学生体能训练学理论与方法、体能项目的运动技术、体能测试规则、裁判和竞赛的组织等方面的知识掌握有更为积极的影响;SE模式教学能使学生应对学习环境变化和解决问题时表现出更高的独立处置能力和自信心,自我效能水平较高;SE模式使学生对体能课具有更为积极的态度,并对学生协作能力和社会交往能力具有积极影响。
This article has carried on the thorough explanation to the “SE” mode by the means of literature review, comparative analysis, interview, experiment and mathematical statistics. Taking the police physical class as an example, this paper applies the SE model to the police physical education curriculum Education has been experimentally demonstrated. The results show that: SE model can significantly improve the physical performance of students than that of police sports. The SE model can not only improve students’ physical training theory and methods, sports skills of physical fitness, rules of physical fitness test, organization of judges and competitions SE model teaching can enable students to deal with changes in the learning environment and solve problems show a higher ability to independently deal with and self-confidence, self-efficacy is higher; SE model allows students to have more physical fitness class As a positive attitude and has a positive impact on students’ ability to collaborate and social interaction.
