目的:探讨研究星瑙灵对Wistar大鼠海马α-分泌酶活性的影响。方法:健康雄性Wistar大鼠64只,随机分为星瑙灵组及对照组各32例,进一步分为1周、2周、4周、8周等亚组各为8只。两组老鼠分别给予生理盐水及星瑙灵灌输。采用荧光方法测定大鼠海马α-分泌酶的活性。结果:大鼠海马α-分泌酶活性(荧光值)的测定,星瑙灵组较对照组均有显著升高(P<0.01)。结论:星瑙灵可显著增加Wistar大鼠海马α-分泌酶的活性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Starling on the activity of α-secretase in hippocampus of Wistar rats. Methods: Sixty-four healthy male Wistar rats were randomly divided into three groups: nao-ling-ling group and control group, with 32 cases in each group, which were further divided into 1 week, 2 weeks, 4 weeks and 8 weeks. Two groups of rats were given saline and star anise instillation. Fluorescence method was used to determine the activity of α-secretase in hippocampus of rats. Results: The hippocampal α-secretase activity (fluorescence value) in rats was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Starling can significantly increase the activity of α-secretase in hippocampus of Wistar rats.
