介绍了铁路１０ｋＶ自闭线路运动系统的组成、结构、功能、特点及关键技术。该系统完成了“三遥”功能，对供电线路电流电压及零序电流电压交流采样、计算和处理，实现对故障位置估算及故障段的切除。调度软件采用面向对象编程（ＯＯＰ）技术，建立了开放式的开发维护机制，使软件具有较高的实用性、适应性和可移植性，易于扩展和重构，以适应需求的变化及推广应用。采用ＷＩＮＤＯＷＳ人机界面，多窗口显示主结线图、运行参数、开关变位、越限提示以及设备带电状态等；画面可放大、缩小和漫游。可方便地在线修改控制和界面数据库。
The composition, structure, function, characteristic and key technology of 10kV self-closing railway motion system are introduced. The system has completed the “three remote” function, AC voltage sampling, calculation and processing of the current and voltage of the supply line and the zero-sequence current and voltage to achieve the estimation of the fault location and the removal of the fault section. The scheduling software uses object-oriented programming (OOP) technology to establish an open development and maintenance mechanism, which makes the software more practical, adaptable and portable, easy to be extended and reconfigured to adapt to changes in demand and promote its application . Using WINDOWS man-machine interface, multi-window display the main knot line diagram, operating parameters, switch displacement, over the limit prompts and equipment charged status; screen can zoom in and out and roaming. Easily modify control and interface databases online.
