目的:探讨PBL教学法在病理学教学中应用的效果。方法:对阳江市卫生学校2007级护理专业学生分为实验组112人,对照组116人,分别进行PBL教学法和传统常规教学法,并在学期末采用统一的理论考试考核成绩进行分析及比较。结果与结论:主观分析题及总成绩实验组均明显高于对照组,具显著性差异。实验组的大部分学生认为,PBL教学法对于提高学习兴趣、增强自学能力,对提高临床分析能力很有帮助。
Objective: To explore the effect of PBL teaching in pathology teaching. Methods: 2007 nursing majors of Health School of Yangjiang City were divided into experimental group (112) and control group (116). PBL teaching method and conventional teaching method were used respectively. At the end of the semester, a unified theoretical examination result was analyzed and compared. RESULTS AND CONCLUSION: The subjective analysis questions and the total score of the experimental group were significantly higher than the control group, with significant differences. Most students in the experimental group believe that the PBL pedagogy is helpful to improve the learning interest and enhance the ability of self-learning, and improve the ability of clinical analysis.
