随着我国经济的快速发展,不仅为我国的国有企业带来了很大的发展机遇,同时也带来了很大的挑战,如何在这激烈的市场竞争当中生存下来是我国国有企业不得不面对的问题。以往简单粗放的管理模式已经不再适应社会的发展,全面预算管理也成为了一个备受关注的管理模式。本文首先介绍全面预算管理的基本含义,介绍推行全面预算管理的重要意义,同时对我国目前的实施当中存在问题进行了分析,并提出一些改进措施意见。
