文章研究了用示波极谱法测定废水中的硝基苯类化合物。硝基苯类化合物首先被还原为苯胺类化合物,在酸性条件下后者与亚硝酸盐重氮化后再与盐酸萘乙二胺发生偶合反应生成偶氮染料,该偶氮染料在氨性介质中可在汞电极上还原,于-0.65V处形成一峰形良好的极谱还原波。极谱波的波高与硝基苯的浓度在1×10-7至1×10-4mol/L之间呈线性关系。方法的检出限为5×10-8mol/L,比分光光度法的检出限低约30倍。用该法测定了废水中的硝基苯,结果满意。
The article studied the determination of nitrobenzene compounds in wastewater by oscillopolarographic method. The wave height of polarographic wave was linear with the concentration of nitrobenzene between 1 × 10-7 and 1 × 10-4mol / L. The detection limit of the method is 5 × 10-8mol / L, which is about 30 times lower than the detection limit of spectrophotometry. The method was used to determine the nitrobenzene in wastewater with satisfactory results.
