目的研究显示胎盘组织中淋巴细胞的调亡明显增加,被认为与胎盘的免疫耐受机制有关.本文拟观察胎盘组织中Fasl的表达是否与淋巴细胞的凋亡有关.方法取40例正常产妇的胎盘组织和40例宫内膜组织石蜡标本,以免疫组化方法检测Fasl的表达,采用TUNEL方法测定淋巴细胞凋亡.结果40例胎盘组织中滋养叶细胞均有不同程度的Fasl表达,宫内膜组织的腺体及间质细胞等均未见明显Fasl表达胎盘组织中淋巴细胞的凋亡指数为13.6±2.3,宫内膜组织中淋巴细胞凋亡指数为4.7±1.8.两者比较差异有显著性,p<0.01.结论人体胎盘滋养层细胞Fasl的过表达可能与胎盘组织中淋巴细胞的凋亡明显增加有关
AIM: Studies have shown that lymphocyte apoptosis in placenta significantly increases and is thought to be related to placental immune tolerance mechanisms. This article intends to observe whether the expression of Fasl in placenta tissue is related to lymphocyte apoptosis. Methods 40 cases of normal maternal placenta tissue and 40 cases of endometrial tissue paraffin specimens were detected by immunohistochemistry Fasl expression was measured by TUNEL method of lymphocyte apoptosis. Results All the 40 cases of placental tissue had different levels of Fasl expression in the trophoblast cells. There was no significant Fasl expression in the glandular cells and stromal cells in the endometrium. The apoptotic index of lymphocytes in the placenta was 13.6 ± 2 .3, lymphocyte apoptosis index in endometrial tissue was 4.7 ± 1.8. The difference between the two was significant, p <0.01. Conclusion The overexpression of Fasl in human placental trophoblast may be related to the obvious increase of lymphocyte apoptosis in placenta
