为了解大学生膳食与营养状况 ,于 1999年 10月对原福建农业大学 50 9名大学生进行了膳食营养及身体状况调查 .结果表明 ,膳食存在的主要问题是蛋白质摄入偏高、能量偏低、Ca不足和严重缺 Fe性贫血 .按体质指数评价标准 ,男女生营养不良比例分别为 35.0 3%和 4 4 .10 % ,超重和肥胖率分别为 3.37%和 2 .16% .
In order to understand the diet and nutritional status of undergraduates, a survey on dietary nutrition and physical condition of 509 undergraduates in Fujian Agricultural University was conducted in October 1999. The results showed that the main problems of diet were high protein intake, low energy, Ca deficiency and severe deficiency of Fe anemia.According to the body mass index evaluation criteria, malnutrition rates of male and female were 35.0 3% and 44.10% respectively, and the rates of overweight and obesity were 3.37% and 2.16% respectively.
