目的 :探讨原因不明鼻出血的凝血机制。方法 :采用活化部分凝血活酶时间 ( activatedpartial thromboplastin time,APTT)检测 36例原因不明鼻出血患者 (鼻出血组 ) ,观察患者APTT试验第一次测定与 8min后测定的结果及其凝血时间 ( coagulate time,CT)和凝血酶时间( thrombine time,TT) ,并与正常组作对照。结果 :鼻出血组 APTT第一次测定结果与正常组差异无显著性 ( P >0 .0 5) ,8min后测定结果明显高于第一次测定结果及正常组 ( P <0 .0 1 )。CT延长占 33.30 % ,明显高于对照组 ( P <0 .0 1 )。TT比正常组长。结论 :原因不明鼻出血患者血液在凝血过程中 ,内源性凝血系统凝血因子被激活后 ,其凝血因子活性水平下降速度比正常人快 ,血中抗凝物质增多。
Objective: To investigate the coagulation mechanism of unexplained nasal hemorrhage. Methods: Thirty-six patients with unexplained epistaxis (nasal hemorrhage) were detected by activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT). The results of the first and 8-min APTT and the coagulate time, CT) and thrombine time (TT), and compared with the normal group. Results: The results of APTT in the nasal hemorrhage group were not significantly different from those in the normal group (P> 0.05). The results of the APTT in the nasal hemorrhage group were significantly higher than those in the first group and the normal group (P <0.01) . CT extended accounted for 33.30%, significantly higher than the control group (P <0.01). TT than normal team leader. CONCLUSIONS: In the process of coagulation of blood of patients with unexplained nosebleed, the coagulation factor activity level of endogenous coagulation system is declining faster than that of normal people and the blood anticoagulant substance is increased.
