目的探讨腹腔镜治疗输尿管结石的技术要点和经验。方法采用经腹膜后途径腹腔镜技术行输尿管中、上段切开取石术33例。结果33例均获成功,手术时间50～200min,平均96min。术中出血平均35ml,随访3～24个月,无并发症发生。结论后腹腔镜下输尿管切开取石术是治疗中、上段输尿管结石安全有效的微创技术。
Objective To investigate the technical points and experience of laparoscopic ureteral calculi. Methods The retroperitoneal laparoscopic approach was performed in the middle and upper ureteral calculi in 33 cases. Results 33 cases were successful, operation time 50 ~ 200min, an average of 96min. Intraoperative bleeding average 35ml, followed up for 3 to 24 months, no complications. Conclusions Laparoscopic ureterolithotomy is a safe and effective minimally invasive technique for the treatment of middle and upper ureteral calculi.
