The same theme is also expressed in Nathan England’s short story “What We Talk about When We Talk about Anne Frank”. The author interprets the Jewish religion and life from a modern perspective, vividly illustrates the life scenes of modern Jews, and the religion View and its mental state influenced by the Holocaust to further explore the confusion of modern Jews on their own identity and the relationship between Jewish identity and the Holocaust.
